This video compares how four different popular lenses render skin-tone, Canon L as a base with Canon CN-E, Zeiss CP2, and the new Schneider Xenons. Shooting 16bit linear RAW with the Sony F55 seemed to be our best bet in grabbing the most color depth. We used daylight balanced Kino Flos to independently light each subject to a T22 at a 270º shutter. In order to keep the test neutral we used a light meter to calculate our desired shutter for each T/F stop. We only used shutter angle adjustments to change our exposure, no ND was used.
