Sam Mendes is directing, John Logan is writing and Daniel Craig, will be James Bond. But in one respect, Bond 24 (the next Bond Film) won’t look the same as Skyfall. The legendary Roger Deakins will not be returning as the film’s cinematographer. Hitfix’s Kristopher Tapley broke the news on Twitter, following dinner with the eleven-time Oscar nominee.
Skyfall was undoubtedly one of the most beautifully shot Bond films of all time so big boots to fill for the (currently unconfirmed) next cinematographer in line.
